Gibson's Shangrila - A place to relax and watch the beautiful ocean view.
About this space
This large two level home, is compliant with the Short Term Rental rules. I live completely separately in one part of the house. The vacation rental is the very large area of completely private accommodation on the upper level of the house where you will find a spacious 2,400 sq. is for your sole use.
The ground floor has separate private access, to one rental suite and another suite for my family.
NOTE: This is not A PARTY HOUSE!! Only registered guests are to be on the property.
The space
You will drive up a long private driveway to the foot of the stone steps, which lead up to your private front door of this 70's designed home.
All rooms have floor to ceiling glass and sliding doors that open onto their own balcony area.
2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Comfortable 'Restwell' mattresses, cotton bedding and linens, fan in each room.
A three piece bathroom + a three piece shower room.
A well-equipped kitchen and a large dining room seats 8, opening onto a patio with seating for 6. The spacious 'view' living room has floor to ceiling walls of glass, plenty of comfortable seating to relax and unwind or play a few games, and a wood burning fireplace, for winter use.
