Complete with 8 bedrooms (2 on the main level as well as 2 themed children bedrooms), 6 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms, a climate controlled game room with a pool table, air hockey & foosball table, lanai screened in patio with pool, spa and more. The large private patio features an overhang (allowing guests to spend time outside in the Floridian weather rain or shine). Enter through the front door into the inviting foyer, make your way down the hall and you’re greeted by the lovely open concept kitchen/living and dining space complete with patio views! The kitchen is stocked with all cooking equipment needed to create a meal just like at home, there is abundant cabinet and pantry space, countertop/ bar seating for 4, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher) and more! Wash your ingredients in the sink all while being part of the fun/action, overlooking the living room, dining area and patio. The laundry nook and mud room are conveniently located within close proximity on the first floor, providing easy access to keep the entire family organized!

The relaxing first floor living room features a vibrant color palette of cool gray, tangerine and teal and generous seating. Whether it’s watching a movie or playing a friendly board game competition- the choice is yours and can easily be enjoyed by all within this space!

The ample wooden dining room table provides seating for 12. Whip up a delicious meal and set the table for a formal or casual dinner, this table is sure to provide a backdrop for excellent meals shared together.

Step out the sliding doors to the private screened in lanai patio, pool and spa surrounded by nature! The lovely patio provides room for all, featuring an overhang for enjoyment whether rain or shine, dining areas and more! Here the family can spend endless hours soaking in the Floridian sun, swimming and relaxing together.

The 8 bedrooms are all complete with a tv, nightstand, bedside lamp, blinds and decorative touches. All bathrooms feature a toiletry starter kit along with towels. *The POOL & SPA heat is NOT included.
If you would like the pool & spa heated there is a non-refundable fee of $35.00 per day (plus taxes and fees) for the pool & spa heater to be turned on. Pool & spa heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. Please note: the pool water may take up to 24 hours to heat to fully heat up. The SPA will not get warm if the pool and spa heat package is not purchased.

This Villa is secured with a pool alarm for our guests safety.

Entrance to the resort is secured by a guard.

If you are planning on using the BBQ GRILL:
There is a one time non refundable fee of $50 plus tax (13.5%) to rent the BBQ Grill & bring your own propane tank
($80 to rent the bbq grill with 1 full propane tank provided)

*Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own bbq grill

A starter pack of cleaning supplies and toiletries are provided to guests. Guests are expected to purchase anything needed beyond what was provided. This is a self catering home.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company which cleans high Touch Surfaces, Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Linens and towels are Washed w/Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay! Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb. Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

Looking for a luxurious home in a great location plus a simple convenient booking process? As our guest, we will take care of you personally from the time you inquire to your day of departure. We are not a booking agent; we personally maintain this home to guarantee your satisfaction. We guarantee to have your booking processed within 24 hours. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will immediately confirm your reservation.

*These times are strictly enforced. Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times. Please contact at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure if you'd like to extend these times, so that we can accurately schedule around different times. Extra charges will apply.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
