Magnolia Blossom Villa, our stunning, fully air-conditioned home,is perfect for families or groups seeking the ultimate in space, luxury, facilities and convenience. It boasts 6 bedrooms, each with a LCD Roku TV, 4 bathrooms (2 are fully en suite), a large open plan living area, free phone calls, free wireless internet access and a superb game room, as well as a large Pebble-Tec SOUTH FACING swimming pool with spa and BBQ to enjoy those long sunny Florida days. The family room has a large LCD smart TV and there’s also a wall-mounted Roku smart TV on the lanai for your outdoor viewing pleasure.

Recently updated and refurbished, our villa is regarded as at the very top for a luxury villa at Windsor Hills. Its location can’t be beat. The villa’s guests are across the street from Windsor Hills’ largest playground and a short 2-3 minute walk to the new community splash pad and water slides.

Our villa is equipped to exceptional standards and will provide you with a unique combination of superb location, fabulous resort facilities and five star accommodation. You can be certain that you have not only chosen superb quality, but outstanding value from owners that really care about their property and importantly, your needs for a great vacation.

The 6 bedrooms are comprised of 3 king rooms, 1 queen rooms, 1 double bunkbed room and 1 room with two twin beds. All beds have comfortable pillow top mattresses and are fitted with luxury cotton sheets. A Roku TV is included as well as a ceiling fan for extra comfort if required. Clock radios are in all the main rooms and hairdryers are provided in the baths. There is lots of space for all your clothes in the closets with plenty of hangers. We have not skimped on anything. One of the king rooms has a walk-in closet big enough for a child’s cot to keep your baby close but undisturbed.

The double bunkbed room is “Cars” themed. Next door is the princess room, complete with two princess beds. Kids of all ages will love them.

The two king rooms both have good size ensuite facilities and the downstairs queen bedroom is virtually ensuite. The fifth upstairs bedroom features a king bed. The fourth bathroom is family sized with a separate w/c and tub/shower room. All baths are provided with plenty of soft towels.

HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company which cleans high Touch Surfaces, Disinfected, Stocked with New TP, Paper Towel, Hand Soap, and more amenities for your Arrival Use! Bathrooms and Kitchen Surfaces Cleaned with Professional Disinfectant and all Linens and towels are Washed w/Bleach & Soap and Dried on high temperature. During Pre-Arrival Inspection Disinfectant are used again on high touch surfaces. All to be most safe environment for Your Stay! Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will not be provided.

TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please make sure to put all waste in trash bags (13 gallons or larger) before dumping them into the trash bench located by the front door. Do not move the bench to the curb. Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the provided trash cans daily to keep a clean home. The resort doesn’t recycle.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner must send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

HOME MAINTENANCE:
We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.

POOL SAFETY:
For the safety of your children, please notify us immediately if the sliding glass door latch or pool alarm is not properly working.
