The Orchard house was built in 1948, it preserves many of its original characteristics, such as the exquisite hardwood floors, distinctive bathroom fixtures, and delightful built-ins throughout the home. The Orchard Home enriches your experience with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully fenced yard ideal for your dogs, including a dog door for convenient outdoor access. There's also a fenced grassy area separate from the other parts of the back yard and a trampoline for your children's enjoyment. The house offers several gathering spots, including a sunroom with a treadmill and desk at the entrance, a formal sitting room with a baby grand piano and Smart TV, and another Living Room with a Smart TV, activities for kids, and an additional desk workspace.
One of the absolute best things about The Orchard House is half of the proceeds from this home go to the Lonesome Oak Ranch Farm Sanctuary, a non-profit committed to providing a haven for animals that have endured mistreatment. Located in Arivaca, Arizona, 12 miles from the Mexican border, the sanctuary is set in a semi-mountainous grassland, abundant in water, a rarity in the Southwestern deserts of the United States. Our dedication to animal advocacy is integral part of our goal of granting farm animals the opportunity for liberation and healing from previous traumas. We encourage you to support our cause in assisting neglected and abused farm animals and in bringing to light the injustices that result in animal neglect and cruelty in the agricultural food industry. PET GUIDELINES: Dogs are permitted with a $150 Pet Fee. We must be notified if you are bringing dogs. Up to three dogs may be brought. No other pets are allowed. Dogs are not to be on furniture, beds, or any carpeted areas. Dogs must be leashed outdoors, and waste should be disposed of immediately. Non-compliance will incur a $100 fee from your deposit for waste removal services. Dogs must not be left alone in the property unless they are in a crate.
