The Space:
Cabin Living at it's Finest, but it's still a Cabin!
This Cabin has two units, complete with kitchens and laundry. They are divided by Upstairs (upper level), and Downstairs (lower level).
Lower Level:
Queen Bedroom
Full Bathroom (clawfoot tub/shower)
Full Kitchen and breakfast nook
Small living room (with stackable washer/dryer in closet)
Sliding glass doors to small patio off of the kitchen
Upper Level:
Queen Bedroom
Bathroom (walk-in shower, no tub)
Laundry off the bedroom
Great room with large deck, perfect for gathering
Kitchen (you'll find the stove on one end of the room, with the refrigerator, sink, and other kitchen amenities on the other side)

There is a bunk bed room on the lower level we ask guests to please not use

Guests have access to the entire house, outdoor parking in front of the home. We request the bunk beds are NOT used by guests.
The Neighborhood:
This home is in a secluded area just off of Highway 91. Experience fantastic mountains views and quiet nights away from downtown. The home is just a short drive to Harrison Avenue (Leadville's Main Street) which has Leadville's restaurants, shops, museums and more.
Getting Around:
Leadville is a very walkable city, and this home is just a short drive to downtown. Cars are needed for most mountain adventures nearby.

This property does not have air conditioning.
Please NO parties, no fire pits, no fireworks. If we find out about it, you will be fined $500.
Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.
Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
