Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly renovated, 700-square-foot, basement suite is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. With its private entrance, enjoy all the comforts and amenities of home.

There is a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a twin pull-out couch in the living room. The bedroom has blackout blinds and lots of storage space.

There is a dedicated workspace for the business traveler or student.

The suite is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay memorable.

If you are looking for a space away from the downtown core, but not too far, close to the beach, nature transit, the University of Victoria, parks, and the best Victoria offers, this is the place for you.
