Accommodating up to 10 guests, this unique haven is perfect for two families across its two spacious floors. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a home office await. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with panoramic views of rolling hills and eucalypts, while the second bedroom features a queen and single bed overlooking the expansive property and saltwater pool (not heated)
The main level presents a generous living area with a cosy fireplace and valley vistas. The well equipped kitchen includes a Breville coffee machine with custom roasted beans, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and essential condiments. Enjoy alfresco dining on the large wrap-around balcony accessible from both the living area and kitchen, offering sweeping views of the high country.
Entertain with a large dining area and a 9-foot slate pool table in the open-plan living space, complemented by a luxurious bathroom featuring a double shower. Stay comfortable year-round with reverse cycle air conditioning and in-floor slab heating throughout.
At the rear of the main level, a private two-room family retreat awaits, offering a king bed, single bed, and bunk bed arrangement with direct access to the pool area and convenient drive-up vehicle access.
Additional amenities include a laundry with front-load washing machine, ironing facilities, undercover parking, WiFi, and a selection of sporting equipment and games. All bed linen and towels, both indoor and outdoor, are provided for your comfort.
Rates and booking:
• Peak Season: $1,200 per night (Friday, Saturday, public/school holidays)
• Off-Peak Season: $950 per night (Monday to Thursday)
Minimum 2 night stay, 3 nights long weekends, 4 nights Easter & 5 nights Christmas/New year period. Sorry, pets are not permitted. Please note: the pool is not heated.
