The residence has a Hollywood Hills feel, and you’ll enjoy an elevated position with sweeping views of Lake Yarrunga over 350 metres of lake frontage. Enjoy 360 degree views across the lake and dramatic escarpments.
The Lakehouse was built individual comfort and privacy in mind over capacity. Each bedroom is its own sanctuary with private ensuites, and each with a pool and lake view, with access to outdoor living. There’s a second living area that flows out to the pool area, and a spacious study, with views out across the lawn and over the lake.
The kitchen has 2 ovens and induction cooking, French-door fridge, dishwasher. There’s a separate butlers kitchen for you or caterers including additional French-door fridge, dishwasher, sink and generous storage.
The 12-metre concrete inground infinity pool has an integrated spa heated to a perfect 38 degrees.
The double-sized Scandinavian glass fireplace adds to the ambience in winter, and at night have a drink around the bespoke firepit designed and built by Southern Highlands landscaper Brad Larter
As you’d expect the house and studio are fully air-conditioned. Particular attention was paid to lighting which creates a warm, relaxed vibe for your stay.

HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am

* No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below)
*The Main House and Studio can accommodate 10 guests in total. The studio will only be available if more than 8 guests are booked.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to FIVE people. No more than a maximum of FIFTEEN people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW:
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
