Escape to the South Coast to this Coastal Stay a mere 80 metres to Little Lake and Black Beach, a great spot to enjoy the sunshine with the family or friends. Wake up to the smell of the salt breeze and lush gardens that surround the property, creating a sense of an oasis away from home.

The Space:
The property consists of 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and a single bunk bed), a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and coffee pod machine, an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, and an additional living area. The house has a rear entertaining deck with lounge chairs, BBQ and a dining table for outdoor meals. The laundry is connected to the rear deck area through a door which offers both a washing machine, dryer and beach towels. There is also a clothes line down the side of the house. Connected to the laundry is also a 2nd shower and a toilet perfect for washing off after a long day at the beach.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the inside and side of the property, back deck and laundry, and one designate car space. Guests will not have access to the single garage unless pre requested.

The Neighborhood:
5 Minute drive to Warilla Bowls & Recreation Club, Warilla Sports Club, and Stocklands Shopping Centre with a large variety of specialty shops, cafes and restaurants. The Shellharbour Waterfront Marina is an 8 minute drive away with cafes and restaurants, Shell Cove and Shellharbour also offer a variety of beaches; Shellharbour North & South Beach, Killalea Beach, and Red Sands Beach. The popular Shellharbour Club and Shell Cove Links Club & Golf Course are also located within the area for great food options and golfing.

Jamberoo Action Park is a seasonal water theme park and is also a 25 minute drive away and the perfect full day getaway for the whole family to enjoy.

The Illawarra is a great place to unwind and spend time with family and friends along the coastline with a multitude of activities such as swimming at beaches, stand up paddle boarding, boating and fishing, bowling, Skydiving, Go Karting, laser tag and much more.

Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise party policy. Our home is situated in a tranquil neighborhood with permanent residents nearby, therefore, we regretfully cannot accommodate "hens/bucks" parties or "schoolies" bookings. Our space is ideally suited for families or friend getaways seeking a peaceful retreat. Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, with beds pre-made for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.
