Its rare to find an entire house and grounds close to downtown Vancouver. Peaceful location with dedicated office, lightning fast internet. Restored craftsman 1910 house with heritage style in a walkable neighbourhood close to the Commercial Drive entertainment district, but far enough to be quiet. What I love about living here is the light, the peace and the solid original wood. The claw foot tub is a retreat. Perfect for a work visit to Vancouver or a place to stay for someone who prefers a detached house and no shared walls or ceiling. You have the use of the whole house and garden, except a few reserved basement rooms.
