Great place!

The only downside is that it's out in the suburbs. The unit itself is awesome though.

Comfortable, clean, but loud

Small but cozy downstairs apartment in a split up house. The place was very clean, kept in great order. Coffee and simple kitchen supplies were nice and helpful. Pullout bed is quite firm so recommend bringing a foam cover for improved comfort - lots of pillows and blankets was a plus. Gets hot so bringing our own fan helped a lot. Gorgeous bathroom. The negative is that it was quite loud, between the thumping upstairs that went quite late every day, and a dog elsewhere in the house. We also found our allergies were upset from the pet(s) on the property.
