This quiet and peaceful, modern, airy four bedroom house is walking distance from the Auckland Zoo, MOTAT & Western Springs park. Kids will love the free tram service that's down the road, and watching the swans on the lake in Western Springs park. There is a frequent bus service down the road with plenty of buses that take you into the CBD in about 15 minutes. This is a safe and friendly beach-community dotted with parks, reserves and cafes. The open plan kitchen dining and living area with a sun-drenched top deck overlooking the leafy Premier reserve is a great place to relax. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a double oven and Bosch cooktop, pans and cutlery. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There are 2 full bathrooms and one extra toilet/powder room. The supermarket is nearby, with a dairy for basic amenities just around the corner.
