You will feel like you are stepping into a warm welcoming home, styled with warmth and comfort in mind. This apartment comes with the latest tech, Amazon Alexa throughout, full voice automation with ultrafast WIFI and Netflix.

The Space:
Cozy and intimate, this serene hideaway is perfect for two. Soak in the hot tub and soak up the sun on the sunbeds. Create memories to last a lifetime in this apartment with 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, fully functional kitchen and laundry washer.

Portacot and high chair are available upon request, 24 hours before the booked date.

Getting Around:
Find your perfect sanctuary in the heart of Christchurch's Central City. This beautifully appointed home boasts a luxurious hot tub, and is conveniently located near stunning parks, the iconic cathedral, and the adorable tram system.

There is free parking on the road, and two paid parking locations just metres away. Very cheap for the whole day.

Other Things to Note:
Only street parking available.

Our strict rules: No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm. We are in a residential area, we have asked our neighbors to monitor noise, if you don't think you can honour this, we ask you not to book.
No parties, any gathering without prior approval will result in an immediate cancellation, with no refund.
Checkout is 10am. If you need a late checkout you must request is 24 hours beforehand. (After 10am we will charge a late checkout fee of $50 per half hour.)
No animals. No smoking inside - any smoking or animals inside will result in a $200 extra cleaning fee.
The house must be left in a reasonable state. Any extra cleaning required will be charged to you in full, at a rate of $60 per hour. Any damage, spills, or stain must be reported, if needed you may be charged for cost of replacement or cleaning.
