This brand new property offers a comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom suite with private separate entrance. This suite is above the garage so does have stairs to get in. You will find this space is bright and airy. Walking trails and Lookout Lake close by to enjoy nature. You'll find Royal Bay also close by with a variety of restaurants, grocery store and the beach. If you plan to golf Olympic View is close. Construction is currently in the neighborhood and can be heard during the day.
