Executive Family Apartment with Pool, Spa, Playground & Netflix

This fully renovated apartment is one of the best in the complex and has direct access to the resort tennis and basketball courts, pool, heated spa, BBQs and kids' playground. It has been thoughtfully curated, with high-end furnishings and electronics and is perfect for family, friends, couple or corporate getaways. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, entertaining, and enjoying the resort and Mandurah's vibrant cafes, restaurants, marina, foreshore and Town Beach.

When we set out to create Seadream Studio, we really wanted to make something special so that you could just arrive and start enjoying yourselves in a quality space. We know that you may be visiting us with family, or perhaps you are a group of friends or a couple, so our spaces have been designed to cater appropriately.

The lounge room has a 65" LG QLED Smart TV with LG Soundbar and both Netflix and Disney+ streaming services so you can relax and blob-out by yourself, or with the whole family and friends. The large screen and sound system to make sure everyone can see and hear the movie. It also has a queen sofa bed, just in case you need an extra place for an unexpected stay by friends or need to accommodate extra people.

The internet is unlimited use, ultra-fast 5G WiFi to keep everyone happy. No lag and if you have to work on your stay (we hope not), your covered.

Being in the tourism precinct of Mandurah, you are in a prime location with walking distance to beaches, the marina, and local cafés and dozens of restaurants. Town Beach is at the end of the road with a few minutes' walk, and the Mandurah Marina complex is just a seven-minute walk away.

We have equipped the kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook up a meal if you wish. There is a four-plate electric hob with oven (and overhead extraction), microwave, rice cooker, pots, pans and a quality chef's knife set. But if you don't wish to cook, that's not a problem. Sunbreakers Restaurant provides inexpensive and tasty meals right next door to the complex or you can stroll down Mandurah Terrace to multiple restaurants, pizza, kebabs and more all within a few minutes' walk. Onsite delivery is also available.

The apartment has a high-capacity split system reverse-cycle air conditioner to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter, although nipping over to the pool or heated spa will also help with that.

The beds and mattresses are commercial quality to ensure you can sleep well, with 1000 thread-count linen to enjoy as you slide into bed. A great night's sleep awaits.

A private undercover courtyard with outdoor furniture and coffee table is yours to enjoy, and there is a second patio at the apartment entrance where you can wash off the sand from the beach or just to relax and chat while still being able to keep an eye on the kids inside.

If you have kids the facilities have them covered too with trampolines, playground, tennis court, basketball court and free barbecue facilities next to the playground if you feel inclined to cook up a BBQ feast.

Amazon Alexa is included in the living area and master bedroom, and you can stream music on the included Spotify Premium service, ask questions about the area, or just check out the time and weather forecast.

And we have the boring things covered too. A front-loading washing machine and dryer are also included, so you don't need to travel off-site to do your laundry (and if you really need to there is a commercial laundry area just around the corner of the apartment). We also included an iron and ironing board if you need them.

The bathroom has a quality rain head, and we include hand wash, body soap, shampoo and conditioner. There is also a quality hair dryer to make your night out (or in) more pleasant.

All towels and linen are included, so no need to bring your own.
