The entrance of the main house features a furnished porch offering quaint resort views. The main house is appointed with an open concept living room and a dining room with a table that seats eight. Entertainment options include a large Samsung LED TV - Sonos speaker system and a white brick gas fireplace. The homes professional grade kitchen features Viking appliances - island seating for four and a butlers pantry. The back hallway of the main house includes a powder room and laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

The hallway leads to the master bedroom suite and a junior guest suite - both with a king-size bed. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities - a marble walk-in shower - deep soak bathtub - a walk-in closet and plenty of built-in storage space. The king guest suite also features an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities - a marble walk-in shower and ample closet space. The second floor of the main house features a loft area that combines living and sleeping space. Two double beds - each with their own privacy curtain sit beside a small living room with a sofa and flatscreen TV. The lofts en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities - a walk-in shower and closet space. The loft also has three small reading nooks offering space for childrens activities.

In the rear of the main house is a small brick patio that leads to the entrance of the detached carriage house - as well as a small grilling area for outdoor cooking. The carriage house is appointed with a plush living room with a flatscreen LED TV - a small dining table for two and a laundry closet. Upstairs - the king bedroom suite includes a kitchenette - en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

This is a non-smoking home and this home is NOT pet friendly. Maximum occupancy is 8 persons using existing bedding. Extra beds are not permitted.
