On the main floor is the living room with leather wrapped fireplace - beamed ceiling and gorgeous views. The dining room seats 10 with sliding doors to the screened in porch and adjacent to the wet bar area complete with wine refrigerator and standalone ice maker. The gourmet kitchen has Thermador refrigerator and freezer - microwave - double oven and six-burner range as well as a spacious kitchen island with waterfall stone that seats five additional persons with counter height chairs. Outdoor space includes a screened in porch with a dining table that seats eight - a built-in grill - a living area with TV over the fireplace - all overlooking the backyard and river. Ample entertaining space is available both inside and out - complete with a SONOS premium audio system and plenty of Smart LED HDTVs.

Bedding features one master bedroom on the main floor with private access to a screened-in porch. This bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in closet - double vanities - a large black and white tiled shower and WC separate from the washroom. The grand master bedroom is located on the second floor offering beautiful corner views of the river - a canopy bed and vaulted ceilings. The luxurious grand master bathroom is appointed with his and her vanities with black marble tile and floating gold mirrors suspended from the ceiling. The standalone soaking tub has brushed gold fixtures adjacent to the spacious black marble walk-in shower. The junior master bedroom features a king bed - river views plus an en suite bathroom that has a single vanity and walk-in shower. A fourth guest bedroom has a king bed - resort views while the fifth bedroom has two built-in bunk beds with twin over queen mattresses.
