This lovely home includes a furnished screened-in porch - open concept living space with high ceilings and spacious living and dining seating with a fireplace in the living room - a butlers pantry - a guest washroom and a washer and dryer. The fully-equipped kitchen is appointed with a six burner range - luxury appliances - two dishwashers - two sinks and a wine refrigerator. The main floor offers vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring. A den is located upstairs off of the guest queen suite with a sleeper sofa.

The main home has three bedrooms - the master and one guest bedrooms are on the ground floor and one bedroom is on the second floor. The master suite is appointed with a king bed as well as a walk-in closet. The two guest suites and the carriage house all have a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master bathroom has an oversize deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. All other bathrooms have a shower over the bathtub.

Just a few steps from the main house is a separate carriage house with its own private entrance - a kitchenette and a queen-size bedroom. Also a few steps outside of the main house is a grill and outdoor fireplace area. Entertainment options include widescreen high-definition Smart TVs with streaming capabilities - Sonos surround sound in the main living space and a DVD player on request. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access is included.
