Melo Luxury Beach Escape
This spacious and groovy bungalow-style home sits amidst lush trees a moment away from world-class surf breaks and walking distance to the beach. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing and birds chirping in the trees at this tranquil beach house. The property features a large enclosed backyard, boasting extensive lush lawn and a kids cubby house - perfect for the whole family.
The large beach house can comfortably fit 2 families, comprising of 2 lounge rooms, 2 outdoor deck areas, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lower level features 2 bedrooms that share an ensuite and a TV/lounge room along with a fully-equipped laundry and outdoor deck with lounge furniture.
The main upper level offers an open plan kitchen and dining room along with a cozy living/TV room that opens out to a stunning terrace amongst the trees with a full-sized dining table and BBQ perfect for entertaining. On the same level the master bedroom is situated with its own private ensuite, as well as a kids bedroom with two single beds.
Outside you will find a beautifully landscaped backyard with lawn and a cubby house for the children to play on. For the adults you’ll find a cozy fire pit zone perfect for afternoon wines or evening marshmallow toasting.
Only a 10-minute walk away is the local Gnarabup Beach along with a coastal walking track, White Elephant Cafe, 2 kids playgrounds, The Common Bar and Bistro, as well as the local Prevelly General Store.
We live locally if guests require any assistance
Noise and neighbours
The property is located within a quiet neighbourhood. Ensuring neighbours are not disturbed is important. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm. Noise complaints will result in possible eviction.
Amenities
All bathroom shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles are the property of the owner. We endeavour to minimise the impacts on the environment by not providing single-use travel bottles and hope that guests can respect this and just use amenities sparingly and leave them as is when they check out.
Fire Ban Information:
Fire bans are in place outside of winter each year. Please do not light any fires outdoors. If you are unsure of fire ban dates, please check the Emergency WA website.
Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced may be closed down immediately and possible eviction with no refund.
LIGHTS: Out of courtesy to our neighbours, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.
Please wash and pack away your dishes and leave everything as it was found as a courtesy to the next guests. If extra time is required from the cleaners to do unexpected extra cleaning, this will payable by the guest.
Pet Bookings: Terms and Conditions
1. Confirmation of a booking and payment of an extra $40 pet fee means acceptance of the terms below.
An additional pet fee will be applied at the time of booking.
The following must be adhered to:
Pets are to be kept under control within the property.
Pets must not be left unsupervised at the property at any time. Property neighbours may call the local ranger if the dog is barking.
The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside the property. If extra cleaning is required, this will be payable by the guest.
Pets are not permitted on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/ bedding where applicable.
puppies under the age of 2 years old are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances and a fee will be charged if a puppy is brought.
Pets that are allowed inside should be cleaned and fully dried off before being allowed to enter the property.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as these items will not be available at the property.
Guests must dispose of pet faeces.
Property Owners will not accept responsibility for pet safety nor can we guarantee the suitability of the property for the dog you are bringing.
