This private studio room has been designed to offer all the necessities for a short stay in Canberra. There is plenty of natural light and you have the best aspects of Canberra’s city on your doorstep. It is a cosy space for anybody needing a temporary bolthole while visiting the city.

The light-filled studio apartment on the first floor is accessible by the building’s lift.
The building is located near a light rail stop and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
We provide keyless self-check-in for easy arrival and departure.
Bedroom:
The bed is queen-sized and topped with professionally laundered and pressed linen. The bedroom has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
Bathroom:
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper.
Amenities:
The following basic amenities are situated within the room:
- mini fridge
- microwave
- crockery and cutlery
There is no washing machine or stove/oven in the apartment. If you need a laundry service we recommend “Our Dry Cleaners & Key King” at Shop 1/88 Bunda St, Canberra. We would also love to give you restaurant recommendations.
Parking:
The assigned parking space can fit up to 1 car. Additional parking is available in the building carpark at the guests' expense at approximately $30 per day, inclusive of in/out privileges. Valet parking on site is approximately $75 per night. The parking area is wheelchair-accessible and van parking is also available. There are also paid street parking options, and time restrictions apply, on Mort Street.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's gym, pool, and sauna throughout your stay. Common areas are on the same floor (1st level).
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
This is a self-check-in apartment. The apartment has an electronic door (main door and private room) for keyless entry. I am always online if you need help whilst checking in.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
You'll be living the high life within an easy walk to a variety of shopping, dining, entertainment and employment options.
You'll have everything you could need at your doorstep and just in case you don't, you'll find these within a short light rail ride.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
