This is truly a Cape Cod beach house in all it's rustic glory set on lush and mature private grounds.

First Floor: From the garage you find a den before entering the spacious, full kitchen. There is a separate dining room off the kitchen and a long hall with the living room on the entire opposite side of the house. There are also two half bathrooms on this floor. But one of the best features of this house is the oversized screened in sunporch with multiple seating areas.

Second Floor: This floor offers a large master bedroom with portable air conditioner and private bathroom with tub shower. There are also two additional guest bedrooms with no air conditioning and a separate full bathroom with tub shower.

Beds: There are beds for 6, all on the second floor, plus one full futon in the den and one queen sleep sofa in the living room on the first floor. 2nd Floor: Bedroom 1 - 1 King, Bedroom 2 - 1 Full (Double), Bedroom 3 - 2 Twins. Portable air conditioner in Master Bedroom only.

Amenities: Wireless internet, 2 portable air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom), 6 portable or window fans, full kitchen, drip coffee maker, gas stove, 1 television with cable, washer and dryer in garage, enclosed outdoor shower. Pochet Association Beach Pass Included (Tenant must pay to replace if lost). Sheets and Towels are not included.
