This 4,300-square-foot home offers five-bedroom suites, a high-ceiling living room with a gas log fireplace, dining room, large open kitchen, wet-bar with a wine cooler and mini refrigerator, den with game table, laundry room, an oversized hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seating. The three-car garage makes it easy for all to park comfortably.
It is a two-minute drive down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East Shore trail, which will take you to Sand Harbor State Beach. Or you can visit the Hyatt, Village Green, Recreational Center, Tennis Complex, Frisbee Golf, and Bike Park.
