This property is just one street away from the Esplanade, and offers a convenient stroll to the beach, parks, shops, restaurants, hotels, and cafes. There is also a free water park, shopping centers, boat ramps, and a ferry to Fraser Island, all a short drive away. Inside this property, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker, a dining room that seats up to six, a living room with a smart TV, soundbar, Dvd player, Cd player, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed, small television, air conditioner, and ceiling fan, while the second bedroom comes with a queen-size bed and ceiling fan, and the third bedroom features two single beds, a lounge, and wall-mounted TV, perfect for the kids. Linens are supplied, and a portacot is available, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, shower, separate toilet, and vanity. The property also offers a laundry room, security screens throughout, a fenced backyard with clothesline and space for the kids to play, a gas Bbq, front yard with table and chairs for alfresco dining, and room to park a tinnie or medium boat in the front yard. There is also a single carport and visitor car park, and pets are not allowed, except for service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability.
