Signature Four Bedroom Residence 1010 is located close to The Inn, Spa Montage, the Family Pool and the Octagon restaurant. This charming four-bedroom residence features high ceilings and hardwood flooring. Ample living space is provided with a great room, a Carolina room and a study. Views are of the surrounding forest. All four bedrooms are all appointed with a comfortable king-size bed with luxury linens, an en suite marble bathroom, walk-in closets and premium bath amenities.

The master bedroom features a private screened porch, a marble bathroom with an oversize soaking tub, a steam shower, double vanities, an outdoor shower plus a large LED Smart HDTV with Sonos sound and DVD player.

An expansive, fully enclosed Carolina room has a queen-size sofa bed, a fireplace and automatic blackout shades. The great room offers a fireplace, an 85-inch wall-mounted LED Smart HDTV with cable, Sonos sound and DVD player. The large porch offers a sitting and dining area for enjoying views of the outdoors.
This residence also has a guest washroom off the living area. Televisions throughout the home are all wall-mounted with cable and high-definition channels, Smart technology and Sonos sound.

The outdoor space has a gas barbeque grill. Added features include a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Halo 5 water filtration system, a washer and dryer and a tankless water heater. Amenities include complimentary wireless Internet access, twice daily housekeeping, access to a four-seat golf cart and four bicycles.

This residence is pet-friendly, and non-smoking. Residence size is 3,135 square feet/291 square meters. Maximum occupancy is 12 persons using the sofa bed plus up to 2 rollaway beds on request.

The Pet Stay Fee for this accommodations is USD $300 per pet, per stay for 13 nights or less. For stays 14 nights or longer the pet stay fee is USD $500 per pet, per stay. The Resort reserves the right to charge guests for all damage to the property in excess of the pet stay fee. Pets are not permitted in all restaurants, the Spa, and pool areas.
