Great location

This was a great condo and I’m hoping to make it back some day soon. Great location and very clean. Loved the large shower. Very conveniently located close to pool and beach. Communication with property management was good. Literally have no complaints.

Perfect Home away from Home!!

Lisa is a pleasure to work with during the whole process. If your looking for comfort, easy access and a View that is amazing, this condo is for you. It has more amenities and space than any other places we have stayed. It will be our to stay for upcoming years.

Wonderful Experience

Owner is the best with communicating. Property is outstanding. We loved being on the first floor and near the far end of the building. Very quiet & relaxing. 5 stars in every category. We can't wait to stay here again. Edgewater is a fantastic condo/resort and owner is one of the best we've ever experienced. Thank you!

Nice condo right on beach

Lisa was wonderful to work with and she was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. The condo was nicely laid out and had plenty of seating, bedding and storage. There was an umbrella and chairs and sand toys at the condo for use. The beds were very comfortable. There is a lot noise from the parking lot and from people on the beach, but that is no fault of the owner. The pools and hot tubs were a hit with my kids. Very close access to beach and pool and not having to use the elevator was a huge bonus!!

Nicest condo I've ever stayed in!!

This is my first time giving a review, usually I don't feel the need too and I have stayed in alot of condos, but after staying here I felt compelled to give a one. This is my family's first trip to Florida, we went with other family for a church function. From the moment we walked in we were amazed, it was tastefully decorated, very spacious, actually much bigger than some of my other family's two bedroom condos staying at the resort, and it just felt like home. I have a rather large family, there are our three daughters who are 8, 4, and 2, my wife, and I. As you can imagine it is hard to please everyone, but not here there was something for everybody. My wife likes to cook and absolutely loved the kitchen, the appliances were new and modern and there was everything you needed to make a gourmet meal, but I think the spacious closet and the walk in shower with the rain head was her favorite. My children loved the bunk beds, and I really liked the flat screens in every room, also the beds were really comfortable. Then there was THE VIEW!! It was breathtaking the floor to ceiling windows were great and the recliners were an amazing place to sit in the mourning and drink a cup coffe and gaze out at the ocean, it's so close you almost felt like you were sitting down at the beach. The first floor was so convenient with our small children. The owners were so nice, and super helpfull. Thanks again Lisa for everything, we feel truly blessed to have got to stay at your condo, and hope to return again next year. I will defiantly recomend to others.

We loved being on the first floor making our journey to the beach with 3 small children easier. The property was well maintained and had a homey feel. Lisa was very helpful and always just a text away! Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo

The condo and the view were so beautiful. And the first floor was so convenient with little kids, as were the small bunk beds! Lisa was really great to communicate with too. And a perk was she has beach chairs and toys for renters to use, so less things to pack. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay here again one day!

Great Location

Our favorite thing about this condo was the location! It is a first floor condo but is elevated so you still have great views of the beach. You walk up one flight of stairs (elevator is also available but we never used it) and you are at the condo. There is surface parking at the base of the stairs. Directly across from the bottom of the stairs is access to one of the smaller pools (they closed it for construction the day before we left). It is a short walk to the lagoon pool, kids splash pad, beach access and restaurant. We had brunch at the beach restaurant and it was great! They make mixed drinks you can take out by the pool. The condo was roomy and everything we needed was there. The pictures of the living room furniture must be a little dated as it all now has white covers on it. There were some maintenance issues when we got there but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. We notified the owner, who was great to work with, and she said she would have someone come out. The bed in the master has sunken places where two people sleep and isn’t very comfortable but if you wear yourself out during the day it is ok. If you are traveling with small children this condo is great as it is pretty child friendly! Overall I’d recommend this condo for the location and size.

My family really enjoyed this condo! It exceeded all expectations and was exactly as described. Anything in the kitchen you could need, plenty of very comfortable seating in the living area and gorgeous dining table. The king bed in the master bedroom slept incredible and no complaints from the ones sleeping in the other bedroom. Gorgeous view of the beach from this room even though it’s on the first floor. Can’t say enough good things about this condo or working with the owner. Lisa is great! We would love to stay here again in the future! :)

Fantastic Condo

This is a beautiful condo with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked and they have beach gear and toys for use. The views were amazing and the location to the pool and beach were super convenient. The owners are great to work with and this resort is incredible. Lots to do on site and great location to restaurants and shops. This was our first time in PCB and staying at this condo and resort. I would highly, highly recommend this unit. Incredible experience!

Right on the beach, great view, easy access to everything. No waiting for elevators or in parking garages. Parking was easy, right outside of condo. Owner mailed us parking pass, codes, wifi, etc. weeks in advance which made arrival a breeze! Parked and walked in!

Best condo at Edgewater!

My family has been visiting the Edgewater Resort in Panama City for over 10 years. Each visit we stay in a different VRBO condo. Sometimes in the golf villas but most of our stays have been gulf front condos. I can honestly say that this condo has been by far the BEST!! The location could not have been more perfect for pool and beach access. We had our grandmother with us and the short flight of stairs was fine for her. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable and decor is great. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you could possibly need. The care and friendly service we received from the owners is by far the best as well! I would recommend this condo to everyone. I know we will be returning to this condo in the future!

Beautiful view! Great condo and super nice owners!!

We just spent a week in this wonderful condo. It was exactly as described and just perfect for our vacation. Nicely decorated and well-maintained. The view is just incredible and being on the first floor made it so easy to go down to the beach or pool. The owner was so nice and helpful! Everything in the condo worked perfectly! The property has a great lagoon pool, as well as several other pools, several spas, convenient little store, salon (my daughter and friend got manicures while there and the salon owner was super nice), and the restaurant food was good. We enjoyed going for a run around the golf course one morning...it was so peaceful. It was a delightful home away from home. We would definitely return and recommend to others.
