Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity & toilet. 2nd queen bedroom has air-conditioning (cooling only); Combustion heater in living area (guests need to bring their own wood). Ceiling fans in lounge room & kitchen; Queen bedrooms have ceiling fans; Pedestal fan. Open plan living area comprising dining, lounge & kitchen. Large television with USB & HDMI ports in lounge room; DVD player. Kids retreat with lounge seating & ceiling fan; Board games; DVDs; CD player; CDs; Books. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, medium-sized fridge with freezer on top; DeLonghi coffee machine (guests need to bring beans to use, or they can be purchased locally); Stove top coffee maker (guests needs to bring ground coffee); Small kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster & electric frypan. Top load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board; Clothesline at side of house. Pergola at rear of house with seating; Lounge seating on front deck with seaviews; Hooded gas barbecue. Crab rakes, tubs & nets. Fenced rear yard. Undercover carport parking for 1 car; Off-street driveway parking for 1 car & 1 boat. 5-minute walk to beach. Sorry, pets not permitted.
DIRECTIONS: Coming from the north, head south along Yorke Highway from Ardrossan turning left onto James Well Road. Follow James Well Road for 1.3km, and Pearly Shells will be on the right with a yellow holiday rental sign at the front.
