Like being in the country, but near everything.
Friendly host to show you around if needed, and perhaps share a meal or two while you stay (or not)
Your own space to store things in the kitchen if you’re here for a bit, and plenty of everything you need. With the perfect dishwasher (it really dries), wash machine & tumble dryer at your disposal, and basics provided.

It’s an area with lots of Australian bush nearby, the beach is just down the road, and shops within walking distance too.

And, the glorious and iconic Port Noarlunga is, as we say in Australia, a cooee away.

The perfect location!

The bedroom itself is bedroom 3 on the house plan, and the empty one you can see. I do need updated pictures but… the room has:
- a wooden frame queen size bed with mattress topper
- sheets & towels etc dedicated to short term stays
- extra blanket’s available if needed
-a cube, shelf, & rack for clothes
- heater
- laundry hamper, wash basket and clothes horse (line is outside and tumbler available to use)
- and a rug for your coziness!

The lounge room is available for shared use, as is the outdoor area, & kitchen dining.

Fitness gear is available on request and waiver (I’m a personal trainer who runs some classes from home, with low numbers per class so it’s not intrusive nor is it often)

My dog is an inside dog who is old and friendly, he love’s affection and long walks on the beach 😂
