Welcome to our exquisite 6th-floor apartment, just a few steps from the beach! This remarkable two-bedroom retreat offers stunning ocean views, providing the perfect backdrop for watching surfers from Palm Beach to Currumbin.
In Bedroom one, you'll discover two cozy king-size single beds complemented by a spacious closet, a split-type AC and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Bedroom two boasts a luxurious queen bed, with direct balcony access, a TV, split-type AC, ceiling fan, ample storage space, and an ensuite bathroom with enclosed shower, toilet and vanity for your convenience.
Indulge in relaxation with the bathtub in the second bathroom, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Step out onto the balcony, savor your favorite drink, and immerse yourself in the coastal ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a double door fridge, coffee maker, stove, and oven, is perfect for preparing meals.
Relax on the plush leather couch in front of the TV, overlooking the mesmerizing ocean. Outdoor dining for 5 people is available on the deck.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer in the laundry closet, WiFi, one allocated car park, a high chair, and a pack n play are available upon request.

Please be aware that only one designated parking spot is provided for your convenience. Access to the car park is facilitated by a "Car Lift." We kindly ask guests to refrain from utilizing visitor parking spaces to ensure availability for others.
Airport:
For travelers arriving or departing, Coolangatta Airport is conveniently located just a short drive away from our location.
Public Transport:
Exploring the vibrant surroundings is made easy with accessible public transport options nearby. Bus stops and transit routes are within walking distance, providing convenient connections to various attractions and destinations throughout the Gold Coast area.
We kindly ask that you take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules, which are designed to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we thank you in advance! Additionally, before your arrival, we'll be delighted to share a house guide. It contains helpful instructions on accessing the property, utilizing various amenities, and any other details to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Please note, only one allocated parking spot is available. Access to the car park is via a "Car Lift." Kindly refrain from using visitor parking spaces.\
Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you'll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the residents and other guests in the building.
- Observe all building rules during your stay including pool and exercise rules.
- No smoking anywhere in this apartment either inside or on the balcony. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the apartment you will be charged $50 for extra cleaning.
- No parties or events unless previously organised in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200
- If we receive any noise complaints from neighbours a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $250AUD to guests for the first call out.
If they are called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
- Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host.
- In the event a guest has not checked out and replaced the keys in the correct letterbox by 30 minutes after check out time, there will be a $50 fee charged to the guest.
- If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out and replacing the key in the correct letterbox the guest will be charged the total base rate for the night with no discounts but will not be entitled to stay in the apartment for the extra night. Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
- A lost or damaged key and electronic FOB will be charged to the guest at a cost of $150
