Awaiting your arrival, is one of Trevallyn's hidden treasures. A 1930's fully renovated home with a luxuriously styled interior, offers you ultimate comfort in a sun filled location. Enjoy expansive views of Launceston from the light filled sunroom and the deck, while devouring the views of the surrounding river and mountains beyond.
Within walking distance of a local shopping precinct featuring: a supermarket, chemist, bakery, café, restaurant, post office/drycleaner, homewares and more.

Nestled into the hillside of Trevallyn, only a 5 minute drive to the CBD and perched above the river is this spectacular home. Modern and furnished with comfort and leisure in mind, the house has a large outdoor entertainment area and has something to offer for all ages.
On the entry level you will find everything you need, including a generous kitchen fully equipped to self-cater. Adjacent are two separate living spaces, one with a scenic window seat, while the other offers spectacular views of the Tamar and is rich in sun. The master bedroom connecting to the sunroom, offers a comfortable queen size bed and an abundance of space.
