The spacious master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy. The second bedroom is ideal for kids or friends, equipped with two single beds and its own ensuite with a shower.

The living space is designed for relaxation, with modern amenities such as wifi, a washer/dryer for convenience, and air-conditioning to keep you cool on warmer days. Whether you're lounging indoors or soaking up the sun on your private balcony, every moment here feels like a true coastal retreat.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

There is basement parking for one car per unit.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.
