Handily located on Cullen St with lovely views over the estuary to the ocean, this cute holiday home is a great base for your stay. It is only a 10 minute walk to the estuary, 15 minutes to the shops and a short drive to everything else Mangawhai has to offer. Relax on the deck with something cold in your hand whilst enjoying the sun and views after a day at the beach or soak in the spa.
The sunny, elevated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has been tastefully renovated and is well set up for holidays stays. Inside there is an open plan living/dining area that make the most of the views out to sea and a brand new kitchen for you to whip up a culinary storm in. There is also a second living area with TV that has a comfortable fold-out Queen sofa bed with innersprung mattress, so it can double as a 3rd bedroom. Both living areas have a heat pump for your comfort year round. Outside there are dining options front and back so you can escape or chase the sun and breeze as you wish.
For entertainment there is unlimited Wifi, a large SMART TV (bring your own logins for apps like Netflix, Disney, NEON, and Prime), books and board games and the spa is a great attraction for winter stays. There is also an office desk if you need to work from home while away.
It is a perfect spot for 1-2 families or small groups of mature couples to relax and make the most of everything Mangawhai has to offer.
Note:
1.The Second Living area is only accessible through the second Bedroom (or via the deck). These two areas are separated by a large sliding concertina door which can be pulled right back to open the two rooms up.
2. There are security cameras above the garage and the entrance to the front door which are switched off during rentals.
3. The King bed in Bedroom 1 is a Super King and the Single downstairs is a King Single.
LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.

Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
