Situated in Ellerslie, this home is conveniently located close to local shops, cafes, and restaurants - Lunn Ave just a few mins drive away. The property is just 4 mins drive to the highway, making it simple to explore Auckland's city center. Nearby attractions include Cornwall Park, Ellerslie Racecourse, and Sylvia Park Shopping Centre.

The Space:
This freshly renovated Ellerslie home is located in a quiet area close to the highway. You will find everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all utensils and full-size appliances for you to be able to cook your own meals. The appliances include: oven, stove, dishwasher, double fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and an air fryer. New World Supermarket is just a 6 minute drive away.

There is also a washer and dryer in the kitchen.

In the living area has plenty of seating for everyone, a large smart TV and a desk - great for those needing to do some work during their visit. There is also a dining table with 2 chairs. This living area also has an air-conditioning that easily heats and cools the area.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, closet space and direct access to one of the bathrooms. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed with a smart TV on the wall. Each bedroom has a portable heater.
All beds beds and pillows are new and high quality ensuring a great nights sleep.

This property has a couple extra perks! Including a large conservatory that gets lots of sunlight. There is also a small dining table in this area.
The kitchen, conservatory and hallway have coloured LED lights with remote controls in which you can adjust the colours - looks awesome at night time!
Free parking in the driveway and plenty of free street parking.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Please note: There is another property underneath that is usually occupied. Please be mindful of these people (quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am). You will also share the driveway with the lower level property.

Key Pick-Up: The keys are in a lockbox at the property. Full check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival date.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: There is a free driveway parking and free street parking at this property.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 6x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
