The Space:
Welcome to our inviting retreat! You will be greeted with a spacious living room with a smart TV where you can relax after a day of exploring the city or unwind with your favorite shows and movies. Equipped with a full-size kitchen, you can easily prepare meals and enjoy dining comfortably during your stay.

One bedroom has king-size bed and the other has 2 singles, ensuring a restful sleep for all guests.

The bustling Takapuna Beach and Takapuna shopping center are just a 6-minute drive away, along with the local beach reserve and boat ramp right nearby. Just a short stroll away are Takapuna's bars, restaurants, and the Bruce Mason Centre for conferences and entertainment. For water sports enthusiasts, Takapuna offers yachting, kayaking, waka, swimming, and a variety of other sports activities.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

We cover all Airbnb fees to eliminate this extra cost for you.

Please note - there is no dryer at this property.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Key Pick-up: The keys are kept in a lockbox at the property. We will send full check in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: There is a free carpark in the building allocated to this property.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Interaction with Guests:
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
