Personal home - This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis & is occupied by the property owners at other times. As a result, you'll enjoy access to a superbly equipped home with the minor trade-off that you may see some personal items & that some spaces may be dedicated to the storage of owner belongings.
Please note that Sunny Bayview Retreat is situated on the upper level of this home. While the downstairs living space and two out of the three garages may occasionally be owner-occupied, we will always provide advance notice if they intend to be on-site.
Car Parking - Guests have one garage parking space available, with ample parking for up to four vehicles in the turning/parking area.
**Cancellation, COVID travel restrictions, Compassionate Circumstances**:
- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.
