THE SPACE:
Unique Tropic Escape 444 is located on level 4 of Tropic Towers accessible by lift.

The entry leads into the lounge and kitchen with a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

The lounge includes a sofa perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.

The air-conditioned bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, and access to the balcony. A foldable single bed for 3rd person is available in the apartment, please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you require to set it up for your stay.

The unit comes with a bathroom including a shower and a large corner bath, as well as personal laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and high-quality towels and bed linen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, and microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.

A visitor parking in the complex is included in your reservation as well as access to the outdoor swimming pool.
