Bright and cheerful older style beach cottage with Seven Mile Beach at the end of the street, a gentle 7 minute level walk. Fenced rear yard is safe for kids over 3, mature gardens and fruit trees. Outdoor shower, BBQ on the spacious rear patio completes the casual, breezy indoor/outdoor holiday vibe. Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans. Smart TV, wifi. Bathroom has separate toilet. No pets or children under 3 but try our other listing, Barefoot@The Heads which does.

Why they chose this property

Shoalhaven Heads is a quiet seaside town surrounded by National Parks, year round golf course, award winning wineries and Seven Mile Beach as well as its Botanical Gardens. A 10 minute drive to historic Berry and is located on the banks of the Shoalhaven River where it meets the sea so great for fishing and light water craft activities off the piers.

What makes this property unique

Location. Mature gardens with seasonal vegetation attracting native birds and wildlife. Its a 7 minute level walk to the patrolled beach and only a few minutes walk to a large park with playground, pump track, and skate park. Easy walk to shops for pizza, fish, chinese and groceries as well as Golf Club, Bowlo. 10 minute walk to Heads Hotel by the river.
