Welcome to Perfectly Park Circle!

This newly renovated and styled rental is ideally situated within a 10 minute walk of historic Park Circle. Recently named "Brooklyn of South Carolina," Park Circle boasts acclaimed restaurants, wine bars, breweries, unique retail, plenty of green space and a $7 million playground within walking distance!

The house is centrally located in the Charleston region, has easy access to the highway, airport, downtown and beaches.

The Space:
This styled house sleeps a total of 6-7 people. At 1,900 sf with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private backyard and covered front porch, you’ll never want to leave. The house is all one level with a small set of stairs going up and small set leading to the backyard. Great for entertaining, we’ve added a grill, fire pit (wood provided), umbrella and chairs to the outside. There is also a Tesla charger!

10-15 minute drive to the Credit One stadium on Daniel's Island.

We would like to let you know that all pets are welcome, However if there is any pet damage you will need to pay $500 for the damage.

Guest Access:
- Check in is anytime after 4pm.
- Keyless entry. Front door code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number.
-The code for the outdoor bathroom and Laundry Room is 0610. To access the laundry room you will need to go out of the back door and around to the right. The access to the laundry room is 0610. The first door is the half bath and the second is the laundry room. The access to the half bath is 0610.
To lock the doors you need to enter the code 0610 and manually turn the lock.
- The garage is locked and is the owner's area. Pet Bowls are provided by the door in the kitchen. There are pet treats in the Bark container on the counter.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Park Circle neighborhood of North Charleston, Perfectly Park Circle is the perfect place to stay, just as the name suggests. Whether you're looking for local digs, a quick trip to the beach, or heading out to the Coliseum for your favorite concert, this home is centrally located and just a short drive away!

Ten years ago, North Charleston was dubbed "Charleston's Cousin" by the New York Times. Since then, the Park Circle neighborhood has developed into an eclectic, diverse, and exciting area full of restaurants, parks, and bars within walking distance. Look no further than the Thrillist updating the Park Circle nickname to the "Brooklyn of South Carolina" for how much has changed!

For those who check-in early for a long weekend, please visit the Farmers Market held every Thursday. Or, if you're looking to retreat, take a soothing class from Barefoot Yoga followed by a glass of Pinot at the James Beard nominated Stems and Skins.

And if you've come to experience the beautiful Atlantic waves lapping at your toes, take a growler to go from Holy City Brewing to Isle of Palms or Sullivan's Island (just 15 minutes away).

Other Things to Note:
There's a grill in the backyard and propane is provided. Please clean the grill afterwards though. Otherwise we will have to charge a $25 cleaning fee.

Grill is strictly for propane only.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.

Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro offers self-check-in. As your hosts, Portoro will be available to answer any questions you may have about the home or the surrounding area. Guests will have access via an electronic smart lock and the access code will be provided prior to your arrival.
