This quaint and cozy, 1953 bungalow style, 3 bed/2 bath Daytona home is family and pet friendly and is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, down a shared private driveway in between US1 and the Halifax River. It is just a short walk (0.2 mile) to Ross Point Picnic area, which sits on the bank of the Halifax River and is within walking distance to 7-8 local restaurants including Caribbean Jack's! You will find this home is perfectly located to nearby hotspots within the Daytona area such as Main Street, Beach Street Historic District, Daytona International Speedway, Peabody Auditorium, Ocean Center, Jackie Robinson Ballpark, Daytona Lagoon, Daytona Boardwalk Amusements, and of course the World's Most Famous Beach, which quickly sets this home a part from the rest!!

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. In addition you will find a toaster, blender, Keurig K-cup coffeemaker, tea pot, wine glasses, plates, cooking utensils, etc. A separate laundry room with a full washer/dryer and access to the privacy fenced backyard (to accommodate your small dog) along with a patio area equipped with a couch, coffee table, 2 chaise loungers, hammock, picnic table and gas grill.
