Enjoy a family holiday or escape at this quintessential Phillip Island holiday home for up to 12 guests, boasting a 2 bedroom self contained downstairs and a 3 bedroom self contained upstairs.
Choose to reserve either or the whole home upstairs and downstairs
A short distance from Smiths Beach and central to all the attractions and recreational activities on Phillip island you are minutes from Cowes the main township or the Race track.
A classic clean, tidy Phillip Island stay priced to book!
Request the 2 bedroom apartment or the 3 Bedroom upstairs home, or both!
The upstairs home has 3 bedrooms, accessed by stairs to a large open deck, dining and bbq area one will find this cosy place suitable for all visitors. Completely private and exclusive.
The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms, a tastefully appointed living area and small kitchenette to service a couple or small family. THere are no stairs to or inside this unit.
Plenty of free parking is available and wifi throughout, if staying at either stay the balcony and bbq area are accessible. We won't accept 2 different groups at any one time so your stay is exclusive to the property for you and your guests.
Upstairs has a fireplace and everything is provided for you.
Bedding arrangements are;
Upstairs;
Bedroom 1 ; Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 ; Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 ; Double and a queen bed.
Downstairs;
Bedroom 1 ; Queen bed
Bedroom 2 ; Double and single bunk
Please via request for either upstairs or downstairs or interest in both, price listed for both living spaces.
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
Guests have exclusive and private use of the entire property. Access is easy from the main roads and parking a breeze.
Upstairs is accessed by a stairway and internally a small set of stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom.
Downstairs is easy access and all on ground level.
As your host I am available 24/7 to assist with general local information, amenities and attractions or for assistance with anything at the property. Contactable via a free call 1800 number provided on booking.
Although a fairly open property the ability to manage pets is provided, this is a great area for walking and access to all area's of Phillip Island within minutes.
Strictly;
No Pets
No Parties
No Schoolies
No sand in showers (please rinse outside)
No external P.A or sound systems allowed
No Smoking (permitted outside in designated area's)
No open fires unless in designed amenities such as a fire place
No unattended minors or unsupervised children to be left on the property
No loud noise between 11pm and 7am daily.
BBQ's can not be moved and must be cleaned after use with accessories provided (or a $50 fee will apply)
