Welcome to the Birdsnest, perched on one of the highest points in Vancouver, giving you sweeping views of the mountains and city skyline. You will truly find yourself immersed in all the beauty that Vancouver has to offer. Here at the Birdsnest we strive to offer a true 5 star holiday experience. Centerally located within 15 minutes to most major attractions and road arteries you will physically be in the middle of the city but your heart will feel like your out in the country

You will have private access to the top floor as well as private access to the rooftop and side bistro patio.

There is a shared entry at the front that enters into an foyer that leads to 3 sets of doors.

If you look at the picture of the front door you will notice a set of double doors to the right and stairwell to the left, those lead to the 1st and 2nd and main floor of the house and are private residence where me and my family stay. But everyone here is super laid back and relaxed and are not here to bother you but to help you and serve you. Its my house but you paid to stay here and you should be able to enjoy yourself without worrying about anyone bothering you. If you read my reviews you will see I am awesome and I will not get in your way or complain about the little things

The door to the left leads upstairs to 3rd and 4th floor roof top and is where you will be staying, with complete privacy and are free to enjoy your space in comfort. I want you to relax and not be too worried about bothering anyone, you are on holidays after all. A bluetooth speaker and stereo receiver are provided so you can enjoy your music. Laughter, music and good conversation is not only welcome but encouraged
We are in a residential family friendly neighbourhood so we do have to limit the noise between 10pm and 8am, but your still welcome to sit outside and enjoy yourselves after hours just keep the noise down.


If you are staying for an extended period of 2 weeks or longer
complimentary cleaning services will be provided once weekly.
If you are staying for a shorter period less than 2 weeks and still require
additional cleaning, it can be easily arranged for a minimal price.

BEDROOMS ------ Each bedroom is equipped with a full closet & full length mirror, with an additional tabletop LED makeup mirror and professional hairdryer. Televisions in each room have all major streaming channels

We have both soft and firm pillows.
Fresh laundered sheets, pillow cases, and bed sheets are always provided

Please be aware the queen bed in the larger bedroom looks really cool, but it does sit kinda low

BATHROOMS ....... Both bedrooms have an attached full bathroom.
With a hand shower & rain head, 2 massage heads with different pressure settings, bidet toilet seats, professional hair dryer
Most basic toiletries are provided including feminine care products.

The best and most important part of the washroom is the
tank less/ endless hot water system which guarantees you will never run out of hot water and have to listen to anyone yelling at you too not use up all the hot water.

1st Bedroom also has a sauna/steam bath which feels amazing.

3rd half bathroom in the living area ( when you gotta go you gotta go )

KITCHEN------Has everything you will need,
Professional stove and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, mIcrowave, air fryer, toaster and toaster oven. smoothie blender, waffle cone maker, tabletop ice maker, water cooler with boiling hot and cold water, Proper cutlery and dinnerware. All cookware and bake ware is chef grade top kitchen quality including fine edge Henckell knife ware

COFFEE AND TEA CORNER------Yes, I love my coffee.

Everything you will need. you will find.

Nespresso with aeroccino milk frother.
Keurig coffee maker with ice brew function.
French press, tea kettle, iced tea and iced coffee maker.
Table top ice maker and a Soda Stream.

We have lots of Nespresso and Keurig pods. And you can have as many as like, if you run out of a flavour you like I can easily stock you up.

We have a wide variety of teas
Lots of coffee creamers and milk
with honeys, sugars and splendas and everything sweet in between.

I have paper cups when u need a coffee to go and delicate little double walled glass cups designed for those fancy little espresso coffees that you have to hold with one finger


FOR THE KIDS-----I will admit, the house is not designed for little kids under the age of 3. The sinks all sit up high and there is a lot of low level cabinets and drawers that are difficult to lock up . Now that being said,
If you can get passed all that. this place is amazing for kids.

Did someone say LEGO PARTY. with 5 large tubs that stand 6 feet high full of lego. Ones of your kids brain may explode.


There are 3 large playgrounds all within a 3 min walk. Across the street from the house is a large community park with a professional skate board park and children's play ground and community centre with various activities through the year. there is an additional playground at the Annex school. As you can see this is a very family and kid friendly neighbourhood. We also have plenty of board games and children's books.
