Parking is limited to three spots. Park in the car port with the following two behind it. Don’t block the right side of the driveway for the tenant.
No loud noise between 10pm- 7am. Violation is subject to a $500 fine. If a fine (up to $5,000) is received, the guest is responsible to pay it.
Guests must provide full names and ages. Additional guests not permitted. $50 fine per person per night for each additional guest not in the booking.

Definitely won’t be coming back
As soon as my friends and I arrived there was urine on the toilet seat, we were not aware there was a tenant living in the basement, and we were woken up by their loud music at 8am, overall everything else was ok but we were not satisfied with our stay.

My family and I are so greatful. We had an unfortunate booking which did not fall through and had to find a place to stay in less than 24 hrs. I came across this beautiful gem and contacted the host. The host, Melissa was quick to communicate and assured the legitimacy of the property. She was extremely kind and understanding and had us housed the following day. The house was a bright 3 bedroom home. Very clean and beautifully decorated. It was a very welcoming space. The backyard was large and my 7 year old was out there playing each day we were there. bedroom home.
