A wonderfully updated home with two upstairs areas, a main floor Primary Bedroom with En Suite, private Hot Tub and Recreation (SHARC) Passes, Maury Mountain 5 is a place to call home in Sunriver! The Main floor houses the Primary Bedroom, Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry and a Half Bath. Upstairs over the garage is a fantastic hangout room with 3 Twins, two bean chairs and a Smart TV. Upstairs from the main entry are two bedrooms and a Full Bath. The front porch wraps around with chairs for everyone. The Back Deck has a patio table, chairs, a gas BBQ and private Hot Tub.

Main Level:

Living Room:
Off the main entry to the right is the Living Room with sectional couch, chairs, a wood fireplace and massive 4K TV for relaxing anytime of the year.

Dining:
Off the Living Room is the Dining Room with seating for 8. 4 more can sit at the Nook and another 4 at the island in the Kitchen. The two end chairs are Royal Purple velvet for your King and Queen.

Kitchen:
The Kitchen boasts a island with seating for 4, a gas stove, and all the appliances you need for your stay. There's plenty of storage and the Nook is great for extra dining space or card games with friends and family.

Bedroom 1:
There's one Primary Bedroom on the main floor. With a King Bed, Gas Fireplace, Smart TV and En Suite, this one is for your honored guests! The attached private En Suite has a double vanity, garden tub and separate shower.

The Back Deck:
The Back Deck has a patio table, chairs, a gas BBQ and private Hot Tub.

Upstairs from the Main Entry:
From the main entry, a set of stairs leads up to two bedrooms and a full bath

Bedroom 2:
The first bedroom, to the right at the top of the stairs, has a Queen Bed and Smart TV.

Bedroom 3:
The second bedroom, to the left at the top of the stairs, has a set of built-in bunks and a day bed plus Smart TV. Makes a great second hangout area. Bedroom has a portable A/C unit.

Full Bath:
At the top of the stairs straight ahead is the Full Bath with Double Vanity and Shower/Tub Combo.

Bedroom 4: Hangout Room Upstairs Over the Garage:
Up the set of stairs off the Laundry is a fantastic hangout room with 3 Twin Beds, 2 Bean chairs, a wood stove and Smart TV. There's a small play area with desk as well. The room has a portable A/C unit.


Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 12 RPP Passes. Recreation Plus Passes Include access to SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.


Pet Policy:
This home allows pets only when approved by management. The pet fee is $20 per night per pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed.

After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Smoking Policy:

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
