Family & Pet Getaway Lakeside House: Parkway Oasis
Situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood and opp a lovely park, this home is perfectly located. Across the street, is Bibra Lake Primary School and popular Skate Park. Murdoch/Fiona Stanely Hospitals and Murdoch University are just minutes away. Bibra Lake is right there if you love nature and bush walks. Fremantle and Perth are just 15 minute drive away and the train station close by. The shops (IGA) medical centre, chemist and cafe are a stroll down the road.
We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us. We are very contactable and will help out at any time.

Minutes from St John of God Murdoch Hospital, Murdoch University, and the Freeway. A five-minute walk to local shops with an IGA, pharmacy, café, news agency, and post office.
Just a short walk away, you'll find a local shopping center with all the essentials you might need during your stay. Bibra Lake offers easy access to main roads, making it a great base to explore the wider Perth area. Located in a popular suburb, it is just a short walk to the local shopping centre and directly across the road from Bibra Lake Primary School. The Fiona Stanley Hospital is less than 4km away, easily accessible by bus with a 13-minute travel time. Freeway access is conveniently via Farrington Road and South Street, both just a short drive away.
Guests have access to the full property EXCEPT from the grey fence at the back of the property and x2 large shed behind this fencing. and also the car port room located outside the house (fully locked and not accessible from inside the house at all).
Imagine unwinding after a day of exploring in our comfortable 3-bedroom Bibra Lake home. Built in 1987, the house offers a relaxed ambiance with ample space to spread out and feel at home. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for preparing meals and sharing stories with loved ones.

There is also a Queen Air Mattress and a Porta cot.
Enjoy the outside space with a cup of coffee or tea while soaking up the sunshine. Bounce and play together for a fun-filled workout on our trampoline for kids and large enclosed backyard for safety of children and pets. Enjoy meals outdoors at the patio table.
The driveway can park 2 cars, and outside the front wall there is plenty of extra parking, as well as across the road.

- ALL GROUP STAYS ARE MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.
- As a rule we only take families.
- We are in a very respectful neighbourhood.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 7am
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info. We are approved by Airbnb to do so.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used
- Booking tax notice: Beginning 12 November 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.
On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We
will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts.
Maintenance issues will not be cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner
Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises.
In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.
*We want to make sure that everyone who stays with us is safe and protected. That's why we strongly suggest that all of our guests have travel insurance. This will help cover the cost of any unexpected changes to your travel plans, like if you need to cancel your stay with us. Our cancellation policy is strict but if you have travel insurance, it can help you get a refund if you need to cancel. If you don't have travel insurance yet, we recommend contacting your insurance company to learn more about your options. Some credit cards provide free travel insurance.
