With a backdrop of breathtaking colours each and every sunset, this beautiful hilltop home boasts spacious living that spans over two levels and includes 4 bedrooms, 3 living areas and a fully functional kitchen that allows you to take in the in-ground, salt chlorinated pool all whilst preparing dinner! Gas ducted heating runs throughout as well as multiple air conditioners for extra comfort in the warmer months. Outside, a large expanse of paving and timber decking can be found both by the pool and at the front of the home where you can enjoy a BBQ with family and friends or just settle in to watch the weather roll in.
Located less than 10mins from tourist attractions like Puffing Billy, 1000 Steps and Dandenong National Park... you will have plenty to do while on a vacation away from the hustle and bustle.
If you are feeling hungry and ready to explore... Westfield Knox is only 10mins drive away or you may explore the local shopping areas full of busy cafes, famed restaurants & the local Woolworths & Aldi only 5mins from the house. Missing the city? 2mins down the road - you will find the local Train Station which takes you straight into Melbourne City Center.
This beautiful house has excellent parking for at least 4 cars at the top including a large double carport.

Misleading Advertisement and Grotty
Property was so terrible we left within an hour of arriving due to hygiene issues. 3 days before stay, host tried to cancel but agreed to keep booking after discussion. Access to property was very dangerous and difficult and our cars all spun wheels and were lucky to make it up driveway. Property is not 'tranquil' as there was continuous drone of cars due to location on busy road. Amenities on listing were not at property including fireplace, king bed, pool heating (host took this off listing after my complaint) and gym. Property was very dated and dirty. Faeces splatter on toilet rim, pubic hair throughout bathroom, hair and dust all over bathroom vanity, food bits on floor and in sink, dishes left drying on sink, grotty stove top and kitchen benches, curtains hanging off curtain rails, broken blinds, window sills caked with insects, dust and grime, beds with extremely thin mattresses including one sagging below frame. Every cupboard, drawer and fridge freezer was filled with people's belongings and food. This is either a scam or the host is completely delusional about the property and its suitability as a holiday rental.
