Down the road from Marina and Beach. This property is walkable to all amenities including restaurants, pubs, boat launch, private beach. Enjoy the Grand Bend atmosphere with a quiet stay on the private side.
Cozy kitchen, bathroom, family room and two bedrooms. The backyard was built for entertaining, large raised deck with built in tiki style bar with outdoor fridge. Deck overlooking huge backyard. Outside vibes are where it’s at! Cottage has all the essentials in a No frills cottage style.
Twin bedroom has a separate exterior entrance.
Enough parking for two vehicles.

Cute Cottage and Great Location
We were a family of 4 and really enjoyed the cottage. It's a basic place but had everything we needed. The location can't be beat. It's on the south side of Grand Bend and a 5 minute walk to the south Grand Bend beach, which I think is better than the main beach. It's just as nice, with no restrictions and less crowded. The main beach is 15min walk (or 4 minute drive) so it is also close. Great place to stay!

Stay at Classic Cottage
The photos on the VRBO website did not accurately portray the inside of the cottage. Classic Cottage is small and in need of a good deep clean. It is dirty, drawers are jumbled with old containers, and the furniture is old and dirty. There is a broken pane of glass which I wouldn’t recommend for small children. There are dust webs everywhere inside and out. We were given an incorrect lockbox code for entry, but Shawn did get back to us quickly to provide the correct code. I would not stay here again.
