With its picturesque setting in the coastal town of St Leonards, this fantastic new home is a great base for exploring the Bellarine Peninsula. Soak up the sun and sand and stretch your legs on the neighbourhood’s walking tracks. Families will love exploring the surrounding parks and playgrounds and tucking into classic fish ‘n’ chips in town.

Drenched in natural light, this spacious home boasts open plan living and dining flowing to a covered patio. Open the doors to create a beautiful transition with the garden, where guests can dine alfresco making use of the BQQ and taking in the cool sea breezes. At the heart of the home, the kitchen has been designed around an island bench to prepare meals, socialise or enjoy slow mornings up at the breakfast bar. In the evenings, there’s plenty of room to spread out, with both a lounge room and rumpus room ensuring kids can play or unwind with a movie.

Each of the four bedrooms has been immaculately presented with crisp white linens, along with central air-conditioning and heating to create a year-round retreat. The plush master suite highlights a queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. Two of the remaining bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds and built-in wardrobes to store your belongings. The final bedroom comes with two single beds, ideal for those travelling with children. Within the stylish main bathroom you’ll feel revitalised with both a bathtub and shower, along with a separate toilet creating convenience for groups. Guests will also have access to an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and iron.

Parking is provided for two cars on the driveway. Complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided for your comfort upon arrival. Once consumed, we kindly recommend that guests bring or purchase their own for the rest of their stay.
