The open plan kitchen is fully functional with oven, stovetop, fridge and dishwasher.
Coonara wood fire, reverse cycle air conditioner, ceiling fans in all rooms, Two flat screen T.V's, DVD's, toys, books and games available.
Master bedroom features a walk-in robe, ensuite with shower, toilet and double basin. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and separate toilet. Bunk room has built in wardrobe, king single on top, Queen underneath and single trundle bed. Third bedroom has Queen bed, desk and wardrobe.
Oil heaters in all bedrooms.
Linen, bedding and towels are provided. Seperate Laundry has a sink and washing machine. Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ.
