Suz is an artist and jeweller, who is mainly inspired by water, the ocean, islands and horizons. Her studio is on the property and you are welcome to visit when she is working.
Both Suz and Murray (her partner) enjoy meeting people from various countries, cultures and backgrounds.
We have a border collie (Tilly) and a cat (Lulu) and all of us live next door and are on call if you nee anything.

Cottage on Lynn is close to many amenities, perfect for a visit to our lovely city.
It is just down the road from Mercy Hospital, 5min drive from the city center, 15 min from the nearest beach and we are close to numerous walking and cycling tracks.
We are also close to Bishops Court (a sports ground) and various high schools and primary schools.
The University is a quick 5min drive away.
We have two village centers - Maori Hill, where there are a couple of wonderful restaurants. Roslyn - various restaurants, grocery store, bakeries, cafes and a pharmacy.

What makes this property unique
Cottage on Lynn is a warm, sunny character cottage built in 1927. It was the first house in this part of Lynn St. We have owned the cottage since 1995 and have raised our children in the home and area.
Many of the paintings on display are Suz's own work and are available for purchase - feel free to ask her about them.
