We have a strict smoke-free policy in the premises. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house.
One Parking Spot: Park with ease in the driveway, providing convenient access to your vehicle throughout your stay. An additional parking spot can be provided for an additional fee, please further discuss with host.
Please note, the garage and ground floor patio are not included in your access. Over night street parking from the hours of 2am to 6am is not permitted as per local By-Laws, vehicles will be ticketed as a result.
For the City of Brampton, Parking is not permitted:
on any street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.,
on any street for longer than 3 hours; and
on a residential street if your vehicle has a height of more than 2.6m and/or a length of more than 6.7m including any attachments or trailers.

Our townhouse offers a seamless blend of convenience and comfort, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Included are linens, pillows, blankets/comforters, towels, kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, utensils, plates, dishes, and cutlery. Basic cleaning supplies and laundry detergent are also provided for your convenience.
For a group of 7, we can accommodate additional guests with 1 queen size air bed upon request.
Please note that toiletries and groceries are not included but can be arranged for an additional fee upon discussion with the host.
