The impressive master suite is one of the highlights of the "Seaside Boho" house. With his and her separate walk in robes, highlight feature windows, and spacious ensuite and access to your own private courtyard.
A generous hall leads you into the main living zone with a light filled kitchen, living and dining area with direct access to the outdoor entertaining alfesco. The kitchen itself comprises of an island bench with stone counter tops, mirrored splash back, 900mm gas cooktop, electric wall oven, dishwasher.
A separate wing off the main living area, contains 3 further bedrooms, all with built in robes, family bathroom, powder room and a second living room.
At the back of the house there is separate shed: 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a split system, which can offer a stay for extra 2 quests. Shed has a beautiful peaceful view on the backyard. Note: toilet and shower are in the main house.
Situated on a generous 880sqm allotment, there is an impressive outdoor exposed arbor, creating a lovely decked area for entertaining, as well as having the under cover alfresco - to give you the best options to spend time with family and friends in all weather conditions.
Guests will be sent through detailed information via direct messaging (or direct email). This will include instructions for the keybox and code. Guests will have Host contact details and are welcome to contact Host at any time of their stay.
